Arka, a luxurious retreat spread over 3.5 acres, seamlessly blends into the surrounding landscape of rocky mountains and lush greenery. The property’s design pays homage to the five elements of nature. A waterfall at the entrance, river stones lining the paths, chilly winds fanning fire pits, and glass walls framing open spaces. The name ‘Arka’ (or sunrise) is a testament to the daily spectacle of nature visible from every room. Arka is the perfect destination for wellness retreats, offering a unique blend of luxury and nature.

The hotel is nestled amidst the Shivalik mountains, offering an uninterrupted panorama of the surrounding landscape. Crisp mountain air, floating clouds, bird song and fresh groundwater from natural springs create a refreshing setting to detox from the daily grind. Guests are welcomed by the crimson hues of the Totapari tree at the entrance, while lawns are studded with Acacia Pine, Golden Cypress, purple Gulmohar, aromatic Kaul and sacred Rudraksha. Family Rooms: 11 Tudor-style chalets featuring two bedrooms are ideal for small families. These spacious rooms, spread over 770 square feet, feature Patal Patthar roofs and locally inspired architecture. Guests can enjoy modern amenities, minimalistic furniture, pine log ceilings, and expansive glass windows that frame the picturesque surroundings, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay. The family rooms are fitted with contemporary ensuite bathrooms.

Single Bedroom Suite: These 16 single-bedroom suites, built in Tudor-style chalets, are a picture of luxury and charm. Each suite spans 750 square feet and uniquely blends traditional and contemporary design. Minimalistic furniture is complemented with Patal Patthar roofs and pine log ceilings. Panoramic windows bathe the suite in natural light. The attached bathrooms are fitted with all conveniences.

Pahari Cottage: 5 Pahari cottages have Patal Patthar roofs and pine-lot ceilings that showcase locally inspired architecture. Each cosy cottage offers 450 square feet of space, modern amenities and clean-line furniture. Expansive windows provide stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Each cottage has a modern ensuite bathroom.

Wooden Villas: 12 wooden villas spanning 570 square feet are designed to reflect rustic elegance. Elements like Patal Patthar roofing and pine log ceilings add a traditional touch. Interiors are done up with modern furniture and all mod-cons. Floor-to-ceiling windows blur the boundaries of indoors and outdoors. Each villa features an attached bathroom with modern fittings.
